Yes, all services are by appointment only.  We are a mobile company. Walk-ins are not available.

We accept major credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets unless otherwise arranged.  Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A secure link is provided to allow our customers to pay. This includes debit, credit, cash app, apply pay and google pay. 

Yes. We carry $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance and a $10,000 bond, giving our clients peace of mind and professionalism. 

We provide mobile services within a 25-mile radius of ZIP code 75240. Travel fees are based on mileage, travel time, and fuel costs.

Additional mileage fees may apply beyond that.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. 

You must bring a unexpired, government-issued photo ID and all documents that need notarization unless you would like us to print the documents and bring to the appointment. Please note, additional printing fees will apply if you request us to print the documents.

Yes, the minor will need to provide unexpired valid government-issued photo I.D.  If the minor does not have proper valid government-issue photo I.D., a creditable witness will be needed

A credible witness is an individual who knows and can verify the identity of a signer. The credible witness will need to present a valid unexpired government-issue photo I.D. along with taking an oath.

A Notary Signing Agent is a specially trained notary that handles loan documents for real estate transactions. 

We are typically hired by title companies, lenders, or signing services, but we also assist individuals directly when needed. 

A field inspection involves visiting a location to verify property condition, business presence, or occupancy for lenders, businesses, or insurers. 

We document photos, site conditions, occupancy, business signage, and more depending on the scope of the request. 

Appointments canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled time may incur a $35 fee. No-shows are also subject to this fee. 

Refunds are only issued if services were not completed. Once a service are in progress or completed, a refund will not be issued.

No. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. 

We do not keep copies of your documents. As a notary we keep record of our official actions in our notary journal which is kept for 10 years after the last entry per Texas law. This allow us to provide proof of legitimate notarizations.
