Yes. We carry $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance and a $10,000 bond, giving our clients peace of mind and professionalism.
We provide mobile services within a 25-mile radius of ZIP code 75240. Travel fees are based on mileage, travel time, and fuel costs.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations FAQs
Appointments canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled time may incur a $35 fee. No-shows are also subject to this fee.
Refunds are only issued if services were not completed. Once a service are in progress or completed, a refund will not be issued.

We do not keep copies of your documents. As a notary we keep record of our official actions in our notary journal which is kept for 10 years after the last entry per Texas law. This allow us to provide proof of legitimate notarizations.
