By scheduling services with Inkstress Notary Services, you agree to the following terms.
Inkstress Notary Services provides professional mobile services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including:
Mobile Notary Services
Notary Signing Agent Services
Field Inspections & Verifications
Document Printing & Delivery
To complete a notarization, the following requirements must be met:
All signers must be physically present at the appointment.
Each signer must provide a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
Signers must be aware, willing, and able to communicate with the notary.
Documents must be complete and ready for notarization.
A notary may refuse to perform a notarization if these requirements are not met or if the notary suspects coercion, fraud, or improper documentation.
Service fees vary depending on:
type of service
number of notarizations
travel distance
appointment time
document volume or complexity
Additional fees may apply for:
travel
after-hours or emergency appointments
printing services
document delivery
Accepted payment methods include:
Major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
ACH bank transfers
Cash
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
Inkstress Notary Services is not a law firm. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or document preparation.
Inkstress Notary Services maintains:
$100,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance
$10,000 Texas Notary Bond
Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Inkstress Notary Services is committed to providing professional and reliable service. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.
Refunds may only be issued if the service has not yet been performed.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
The service has already been completed
The notary has traveled to the appointment location
The client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment
The client is unprepared for the appointment (for example missing valid ID or required documents)

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

At Inkstress Notary Services, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may prevent us from serving other clients.
Appointments canceled at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee.
Appointments canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee to compensate for reserved time and potential travel.
If the notary arrives at the appointment location and the signer is unavailable or the appointment cannot proceed due to a client no-show, a $35 no-show fee may apply.
If the notary has already begun traveling to the appointment location when the appointment is canceled, applicable travel fees may still apply.

Inkstress Notary Services provides convenient mobile notary and related services by traveling to the client’s requested location. The following policy explains how travel fees and service areas are structured.
Inkstress Notary Services provides mobile services within a 25-mile radius of ZIP code 75240.
Appointments requested outside of this service area may be considered based on availability and may incur additional travel fees.
Our service area includes locations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex such as homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, and other mutually agreed-upon meeting locations.
Mobile services include a travel fee based on distance from our service area.
Travel fees help cover:
travel time
fuel and transportation expenses
scheduling and administrative time
Travel fees are disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
Travel fees apply once the notary begins traveling to the appointment location or arrives at the location.
Travel fees may still apply in situations including, but not limited to:
appointment cancellations after travel has begun
client no-shows
signer unavailable at the scheduled time
missing identification or required documents
signer not meeting notarization requirements
Appointments may take place at a location chosen by the client, such as:
residence
workplace
hospital or medical facility
coffee shop or public meeting space
The selected location must provide a safe and appropriate environment for completing the service.
Additional fees may apply for:
extended travel distances
high-traffic or time-sensitive appointments
after-hours or emergency requests
All applicable fees will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the appointment whenever possible.
