By booking with Inkstress Notary Services, you agree to the terms below:
We offer mobile notary, loan signing, field inspections, witness services, and document printing & delivery throughout Dallas–Fort Worth.
Valid, unexpired photo ID is required for each signer.
All signers must be present, aware, and willing.
You must confirm your appointment via call, text, or email.
Pricing varies by service, distance, time, and complexity.
Travel and after-hours fees may apply.
Accepted payments: major credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.), digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay), ACH Bank Transfers and Cash
Payment is due at the time of service.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We perform notarial acts only.
We maintain:
$100,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance
$10,000 Notary Bond
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

At Inkstress Notary Services, we understand that unexpected changes happen. Our time is reserved specifically for your appointment, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments can impact our schedule and availability for other clients.
Cancellations made 1 hour or more before your scheduled appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $35 fee to cover time and travel already incurred.
If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment and fails to provide notice, a $35 no-show fee will apply to compensate for lost time and travel.

At Inkstress Notary Services, we take pride in delivering reliable, professional service. We understand that circumstances may change and strive to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.
Refunds are only provided under the following condition:
The service has not yet been completed.
Once a notary, signing, delivery, or inspection service has been performed the payment is non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
The service has already been rendered (even if only partially)
The client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment to allow completion (see Cancellation & No-Show Policy)
The client is unprepared (e.g., missing valid ID or documents)
