Our mobile notary services cover a wide range of personal, legal and business documents - printed, notarized and delivered for convenience and peace of mine.

Standard Fees

Notarizations: start at $10 

Travel Fees: start at $35

Document Delivery to specific location: starts at + $25

Additional Signature (On Same Document): + $1 per Signature

Important Notes

Notary fees specified in Texas Government Code 406.024.

Travel fees are  based on mileage, time and fuel cost.

We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification is not provided or if the signer is unwilling, under duress, or appears mentally incapable of signing. 

All signers, credible witnesses and subscribing witnesses must be present and must each present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo I.D.

Our secure document printing and delivery services are designed to assist individuals, professionals, and businesses who need critical paperwork printed and hand-delivered.

Important Notes

Documents must be submitted in PDF format and finalized prior to sending document to us for printing

Documents are not retained or stored after delivery is completed

Pricing is based on page count, delivery distance

While we aim for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival times and are not responsible for missed deadlines unless previously agreed upon in writing.
